  • Bird Forum - The best forum I know for discussing all things to do with bird watching and bird photography. Also access to a huge reservoir of images.

  • Badby Photo Club - My local photographic group.

  • Banbury Ornithological Society - My local ornithological group.

  • Warwickshire Wildlife Trust - Manages some excellent birdwatching sites throughout Warwickshire.

  • Birding.uk.com - A very useful resource for UK and Ireland birdwatching

  • Richard Bedford - This site contains some amazing images by a very enthusiastic bird photographer.

  • Dean Birders (Disabled Forest of Dean birders) - Birdwatching information, gallery, and daily photo reports from the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, England maintained by and for disabled and housebound birdwatchers.

  • Lewis Thomson - Lewis is based in the Forest of Dean and his site has some superb wildlife images.

  • Steve Seal Bird Photography - A great site by a Warwickshire birder. Also a very useful blog at http://warwickshirebirding.blogspot.com/

  • Pete Walkden's Bird Photography - Another terrific birding site from a Midlands birder.

  • The Red Kite feeding centre - This links to the famous Red Kite feeding centre near Rhayader, Powys, Mid Wales. As well as lots of information on Red Kites there good links to Kite watching holiday breaks as well as other wildlife photographers and their websites.

  • New Forest Explorers Guide - A really well laid out and informative guide site for visiting the New Forest. Worth a look for the picture galleries alone!

  • Montpelier B & B, Ilfracombe, Devon. - Birding in north Devon and need a good Bed and Breakfast? This is a good one! Just tell Diana I sent you and you can't go wrong!
